Evaluation: Judge Campbell received positive ratings from all of the groups that evaluated him. For example, attorneys rated him highly for his punctuality in commencing proceedings, his attentiveness to proceedings, and for ruling on motions and cases in a timely manner. The court staff rated him highly for respecting all court employees regardless of their position, respecting and cooperating with other judges, and for displaying a sense of fairness. Judge Campbell indicated an interest in always trying to improve his performance.
Experience & Education: Judge Campbell was elected to serve as District Judge in November 2006. He presides over civil cases. Prior to his judgeship, he was in private practice. He is a member of the Albuquerque Bar Association, State Bar of New Mexico, and serves as the chair of the Bernalillo County Access to Justice Committee. Judge Campbell received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and law degree from William and Mary University.
