Experience & Education: Judge Foutz has served on the bench since May 1996. Prior to his appointment, he had 20 years of combined experience, having worked in private practice and as an Assistant District Attorney. He received his B.A. from Brigham Young University and his law degree from Southwestern University School of Law.
