The court staff rated her highly for respecting all court employees regardless of their position, for discharging responsibilities diligently, and for ensuring her personal staff is professional, productive and knowledgeable of court policies and procedures.
Experience & Education: Judge Vanzi was appointed to serve as District Judge in March of 2004 and presides over civil cases. She received her undergraduate degree from Marymount College and her law degree from the University of New Mexico. Judge Vanzi is very active within the community and serves as an adjunct professor at the University of New Mexico School of Law. She is a member of the New Mexico Bar Association, Albuquerque Bar Association, and the Women's Bar Association.
