In September, the New Mexico Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission (JPEC) will release its evaluations on whether to retain several judges who are standing for retention throughout the state. These judges must receive at least 57% voter approval to remain on the bench. Please review our evaluations and vote in ALL races and ballot measures - including the judicial retention elections. The 2012 General Election is scheduled Tuesday, November 6, 2012. Early and absentee voting for the general election are scheduled to begin on October 9, 2012.
