This evaluation indicates that Judge Quinn should focus self-improvement efforts on his punctuality, specifically in ruling on motions or cases after trial and on procedural or substantive matters. Judge Quinn has indicated a desire to continue to focus efforts to improve his efficiency. Since his prior evaluation he has shown improvements in many areas.
Experience & Education: Judge Quinn was appointed to his current position in May 1989; prior to this he practiced law for fifteen years in Clovis, New Mexico. The judge's community activities include serving as a board member for Southern New Mexico Legal Services and for the Clovis Community Band. He received his undergraduate degree from Eastern New Mexico University and his law degree from the University of New Mexico.
